This group is for people in the Daybreak area who are interested in vintage and modern motor scooters. We are all-inclusive. Everyone is welcome!
We are an official LiveDAYBREAK Community Club and we advance the following LiveDAYBREAK Pillars:
Connecting: A goal of the group is to bring like-minded individuals together: those who have an interest in motor scooters, whether you own one or not. Let's all get together and talk scooters and the world that revolves around them, while at the same time getting to know our neighbors.
Lifelong Learning: A goal of the group is to help each other learn more about our scooters. DIY maintenance, safety, new technologies, etc. Whether you are new to motor scooters or are a lifetime rider, there is always something new to learn.
Giving Back: A goal of the group is to share our love of motor scooters with others. We will look for opportunities to bring a smile to the face of others through various activities and service.
More about the Daybreak Scooter Club:
This group is for people in the Daybreak area who are interested in vintage and modern motor scooters. We socialize, learn more about scooters (maintenance, safety, tech), go on rides (long or short), look for opportunities to bring a smile to the face of others through various activities and service, and have fun.
For definition of this group a scooter is a street-legal (usually requiring a license plate) two-wheeled open motor vehicle with a step-through frame and legshield where the driver sits over an enclosed engine (generally 50cc-300cc) with feet resting on a floorboard. Electric (EV) versions of traditional motor scooters are also welcome. Sorry no stand-up scooters, electric bikes, mopeds (bicycles with motors) or medical/mobility scooters.
